Our request queue includes a simple way to request changes or revisions after delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with the systems you receive (or want tweaks/modifications), you can leave a comment and we'll continue revising the deliverable until you're satisfied for as long as you have an active membership.

After your 30 minute onboarding call, you'll receive access to your own Trello board, where you can view and manage ongoing requests. To create a request, you can add a card into the queue and choose which task you want us to work on next.

Due to the nature of the service provided, we do not offer refunds. With an active membership, we will keep revising your requests until you're 100% satisfied.

You can submit an unlimited number of requests into the queue. Most clients often have 10-15 requests in the queue at any time and their board acts as a to-do list. We work on 1 active request at a time (prioritized by you) until you sign off on it, unless you're in a higher tier plan with multiple active requests. Our average turnaround time on a system deliverable is between 1-5 business days depending on complexity. The moment we're done and you sign off on the request, we get to work on the next. In this way, we often deliver 4-8+ systems per month (whereas an in-house hire might deliver one or two).

Vast majority of our communications are async, through Trello (and Slack if you purchase the add-on). Minimizing call-time provides much more flexibility, allowing us to deliver more projects and higher quality services. That said, we offer an optional strategy call (phone or Zoom) to discuss bottlenecks, prioritize, and track progress.
